Stonehenge has been providing business consulting services since its inception and with the new CTA (Corporate Transparency Act) this is no different. The requirements are and additional level of compliance that most have seen when opening a new bank account with your financial institution or investment advisor.

The difference with the CTA is that this is now required for any existing or new business. There is an initial filing requirement and then an ongoing update requirement for certain changes within your organization.

We have acquired a software that allows Stonehenge to provide these services seamlessly and electronically to FinCEN, which is the governing oversight body of the CTA, for our clients. We originally started this process for our existing clients to help them stay compliant with regulations. This has evolved into Law Firm and Banks referring their clients to Stonehenge for filing as these organizations have chosen not to take on this service directly.
